Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Analysis: Run and troubleshoot Alteryx workflows and Excel macros to analyze financial data from franchisee income statements and labor efficiency metric data.
  • Royalty and Advertising Credits: Calculate royalty and advertising credits for each restaurant based on delivery incentive program and delivery service program.
  • Monthly Sales Forecasts: Prepare monthly sales forecasts reports.
  • Other Duties: Assist the Finance Director with various initiatives and tasks, including updating and maintaining trackers related to Applebee's franchisees.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: In-depth experience with VBA, writing and troubleshooting Excel macros and queries, and Alteryx workflows.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial data and business operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a related field.
