Affinity Group is seeking a dynamic, experienced Market Sales Manager to oversee our Louisiana market. This proven sales producer should be experienced in leading teams and sales growth. This position will be based out of our Harahan, LA office location.

The Market Sales Manager will spearhead market growth while being a “hands-on” coach over 3 sales associates. The right candidate will have a passion for leading, coaching, and developing others to produce outcomes consistently. 

The Market Manager will be instrumental in coordinating relationships with the operators, distributors and clients in the Market. They will work with their team to deliver results that exceed client expectations, in addition to ensuring their teams consistently meets or exceeds the strategic business goals. The right candidate will possess a progressive and consultative selling approach, demonstrated business development skills, and a proven ability to influence and effectively communicate. This position will report to the Vice President of Sales and will also collaborate with the Southeast leadership team to develop and execute the business growth strategy.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
