POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Salesforce Developer at Coalescence Cloud Consulting, you will serve as a pivotal member of our team, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce development to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in Salesforce development, adept at delivering custom solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize your extensive Salesforce development skills to assist in the design and implementation of custom solutions for our clients, focusing on APEX code and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable solutions
  • Develop scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, system compatibility, and adherence to best practices
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Play a key role in the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, and deployment
  • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, continuously expanding your skills and knowledge to deliver cutting-edge solutions
  • Serve as a mentor to junior resources, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to foster their growth and development

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong proficiency in APEX code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
  • Proven track record of implementing complex Salesforce solutions, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required, with Platform Developer II certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products such as: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud
  • General knowledge of CRM, ERP and Financial Management Technologies
  • Exposure to Certinia products preferred
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Previous experience with management software, preferably Jira
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.

Compensation Statement

Compensation at Coalescence Cloud Consulting varies depending on various factors, such as role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, we have provided above a reasonable range of compensation for the role described. Please note that salary ranges are subject to change and are not intended to be the only factor considered when making hiring decisions.
