Salesforce Architect REMOTE

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Salesforce Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that address our clients' business challenges and drive success. Leveraging your deep expertise in Salesforce platforms, architecture, and development, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, architect scalable solutions, and guide development teams to deliver high-quality implementations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving Salesforce excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that exceed client expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Point & Click automation, and other Salesforce technologies,
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements, and challenges, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions,
• Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce implementations, considering scalability, extensibility, and maintainability,
• Develop technical specifications, customizations, and integrations to extend Salesforce capabilities and meet unique business requirements,
• Provide guidance and best practices to development teams in Salesforce configuration, customization, and custom development,
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, Salesforce best practices, and security guidelines,
• Evaluate new Salesforce features, technologies, and third-party applications to recommend optimal solutions for clients,
• Define data migration strategies and oversee data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading processes,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure successful project delivery,
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic recommendations to maximize their Salesforce investment,
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development,
• Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce development, offering insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with full cycle Salesforce implementations,
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions,
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and integration capabilities,
• Knowledge of Salesforce Industries (formerly known as Salesforce Clouds) such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud,
• Experience with Certinia ERP or complex AppExchange products,
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for Salesforce development,
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Informatica,
• Proficient at designing solutions at a granular level,
• Salesforce Developer 1 and 2 certifications.

PREFERENCES

• Salesforce Architect certifications,
• Previous experience in a client-facing consulting role, providing advisory services and building long-term client relationships,
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders,
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations,
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and optimize complex business processes.
