Blue Learnings marketing strategies, both external and internal. Oversees development and

Qualifications:

? CRM strategy and management experience preferred; Salesforce, Zendesk or Zoho.

Preferred KSAs

? 6-8 years of experience leading and directing a Marketing staff

? Experience working in the not-for-profit or education sector.

Responsibilities and Duties:

? Directs and oversees the development and implementation of marketing plans, strategic

initiatives, and campaigns to build and deepen ResponsiveEds relationship with existing

customers/enrollees, and drive acquisition of new enrollment.

? Supported the marketing budget across company brands to deliver sustainable growth at efficient

Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and Cost Per Enrollment (CPE) targets.

? Maintain active, regular reporting on campaign performance, tracking KPIs and making

optimization recommendations.

? Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.

? Ability to leverage external knowledge regarding digital space and established a network of

external partners to inspire out-of-box thinking.

? Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing

variances, and initiating corrective actions.

? Influences present/future brands by determining and evaluating current/future market trends.

? Attract, develop, expand, and retain high performing teams of marketing professionals that

deliver outcomes and key results; cultivate talent through coaching and training.

? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing

professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

? Develops new uses for existing collateral by analyzing statistics regarding market development;

acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources.
