Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Sales Representative to join our team at EA Agency / Symmetry Financial Group. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a high income through our 100% commission-only sales model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and convert them into sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Agency owners can generate a system-driven income of $200K - $500K+ per year
