Who We’re Looking for


Tommy Gate is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our Scottsdale Corporate Headquarters. This dual-role position is designed for an individual who is passionate about marketing and skilled in administrative support. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies and events while also providing top-notch administrative assistance to the Sales and Marketing teams.


What you’ll be doing:Marketing Support:

  • Assist in coordinating photo and video shoots.

  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate digital campaigns and vendor relationships.

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.

  • Support event planning and coordination for trade shows, conferences, company meetings, and other industry events.

  • Coordinate and take the lead on internal communication events (Annual Sales Meeting, Qtrly All-Hands Meeting, etc.)

  • Create, layout, and drive completion of the internal company newsletter (Tommy Talk).

  • Monitor and forward all incoming communication (info@tommygate.com and info@usa.anteo.com) emails to the correct department.

  • Collaborate with external vendors, including advertising agencies, printers, and promotional product suppliers.

  • Take the lead on concepts, ordering, and distribution of swag for both Tommy Gate and Anteo.

  • Take ownership of all internal company communication from the outside sales team and executive team to the rest of the company.

  • Assists with developing workflow, procedures, and associated processes.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including company calendar, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements. Provide occasional support to the President.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the Outside Sales Team.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external meetings.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

  • Coordinate special projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

  • Act as a liaison between the Executive Team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on tasks.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media management platforms) and G-Suite products (Google: Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
