Job Summary:

Mercedes Benz of North Haven is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a commission only role, this position offers a great opportunity for unlimited earning potential. If you have a passion for luxury automobiles and a drive for success, we want to hear from you.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, commission only sales position in the auto industry. The compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $300,000 per year, paid on a weekly basis. In addition to competitive pay, our employees also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate sales
- Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of Mercedes Benz vehicles
- Maintain current knowledge of all Mercedes Benz products and services
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Act as a liaison between clients and the dealership by handling all inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure all sales and customer service processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
