  • Mentor and coach mid-level and junior-level developers.
  • Using a mobile-first mentality, translate functional requirements into responsive components and pages.
  • Schedule and coordinate changes and releases for production applications
  • Champion accessibility best practices.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, identify, and resolve production issues.
& Qualifications and Skills - What You’ll Need: Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university in Computer Science, Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience with Javascript ES6, React or React Native, Redux, Node.js
  • 3+ years of experience in Mobile (iOS Android; either native or React Native)
  • 1+ years of experience with statically typed language (Go, C, C++, Rust, etc).
  • Experience in Responsive and Adaptive Web Design
  • Experience in designing and developing UI for various devices (desktop, table, mobile, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Image Manipulation Tooling like: Invision, PHOTOSHOP, GIMP
  • Solid coding practices including regular code reviews, documentation, and version control.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience in performance tuning of the front end elements
  • Passion for keeping up to speed with the latest software tools and methodologies.
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Preference for agile development and familiarity with its tools like Jira.
  • Preferred, but not required: Experience with Go
  • Preferred, but not required: Backend experience on leading e-commerce platforms such as Hybris, Oracle ATG, IBM websphere or complex Java web applications
