We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team at our automobile dealership. The Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in driving growth and fostering strong customer relationships. This position requires a blend of sales, marketing, and customer service skills to effectively engage with potential customers and enhance the dealership's brand presence.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their satisfaction

- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Conduct outbound calls to make appointments for mobile service and pick-up and delivery.

- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times.
