Responsibilities
  • Provide HVAC parts related service to customers over the phone and by email.
  • Promptly identify parts and process quotes & orders for customers.
  • Responds to customer inquiries, questions, or concerns regarding products or services.
  • Handles multiple customers and customer requests simultaneously while maintaining a friendly and professional manner.
  • Follows up quickly on all customer requests for information, quotes and delivery dates.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • This is 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday role between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills
Organizational skills
Experience in HVAC Preferred
Excel and other related computer skills
Sales Experience
Ability to learn quickly
Must be dog friendly
