Provide guidance and support to educators in implementing curriculum resources effectively in diverse learning environments. Work with the Teaching and Learning team and Neighborhood educators to co-construct and facilitate professional learning workshops, webinars, and training.
    • Evaluation and Iteration: Once educators begin to test out curriculum materials, assist with classroom observations, surveys, and interviews with educators to elicit feedback, assess the usability of the curriculum, and revise the curriculum as needed.
    • Dissemination: Collaborate in creating and sharing examples of practice - capturing the curriculum in action in early childhood classrooms.
  • Support other projects and efforts of the Teaching and Learning and Neighborhood teams.
  • Complete all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Teaching and Learning and/or the Senior Director of Early Education Support.
