Mission: Neighborhood Villages designs and scales innovative and collaborative solutions to the biggest challenges facing early education and child care providers serving families with young children ages 0-5 and advances sustainable, equity-driven systems change through advocacy, education, and policy reform.
What We Do: We advocate for early education and care policy reform and implement innovative, scalable solutions that address the biggest challenges faced by early education and care providers and the families who rely on them. We specialize in ground-level, strategic interventions aimed at building the capacity of the early education and care sector, and advocate for the public investment it needs and deserves. We show systems change in action, to push policy forward.
Job Description: We seek a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Curriculum Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of comprehensive early education curriculum materials and resources. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of curriculum projects from inception to completion. Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and articles.
- Working Group Coordination: Coordinate a working group of educators from Neighborhood Villages and partner organizations that may include city and state departments to participate in the curriculum development process. Organize group meetings and workflow, take notes during meetings, and organize documents and plans for the group. The primary responsibilities in this regard are as follows:

- Professional Development: Stay abreast of emerging trends, research findings, and best practices in early childhood education. Provide guidance and support to educators in implementing curriculum resources effectively in diverse learning environments. Work with the Teaching and Learning team and Neighborhood educators to co-construct and facilitate professional learning workshops, webinars, and training.
- Evaluation and Iteration: Once educators begin to test out curriculum materials, assist with classroom observations, surveys, and interviews with educators to elicit feedback, assess the usability of the curriculum, and revise the curriculum as needed.
- Dissemination: Collaborate in creating and sharing examples of practice - capturing the curriculum in action in early childhood classrooms.
- Support other projects and efforts of the Teaching and Learning and Neighborhood teams.
- Complete all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Teaching and Learning and/or the Senior Director of Early Education Support.
Qualifications:
