This role is pivotal in ensuring operational continuity and efficiency through innovative automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cutting-edge process control strategies to boost operational performance and reliability.
  • Analyze and address recurring maintenance issues by conducting root cause analyses (RCAs) and Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analyses (FMECAs) to initiate necessary equipment or procedural changes.
  • Enhance and oversee the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Plans to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and other automated production equipment.
  • Manage electrical and instrumentation components, including specification reviews and recommendations for replacing obsolete parts.
  • Optimize processes and control budgets by improving efficiencies, reducing process times, labor, and material costs.
  • Facilitate updates and improvements to the SAP Plant Maintenance System.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in process control, automation, and electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in the installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, especially PLCs, motor controls, and instrumentation.
  • Demonstrated ability in advanced problem-solving within automation and controls contexts.
  • Eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
