Role Overview:
As a Production Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our production floor. Reporting to the Mill Superintendent and collaborating with a dynamic team of Management, HR, Customer Service, Production, and Maintenance, you'll supervise 10-14 dedicated employees. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring safety compliance, meeting production goals, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives. This is your chance to lead with impact

Schedule:
Embrace a work-life balance with our 12-hour DuPont Schedule over a 28-day rotation. Week 1 includes 4 nights from 7 PM to 7 AM, followed by 3 days off. Week 2 features 3 days from 7 AM to 7 PM, 1 day off, then 3 nights from 7 PM to 7 AM. Week 3 offers 3 days off, followed by 4 days from 7 AM to 7 PM. Week 4 provides a refreshing 7 days off. Plus, occasional overnight travel keeps things exciting
Qualifications:
We're seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or papermaking. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree is preferred. Bring your exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, along with a knack for motivating and developing others.
