Responsibilities:
- Confirming appointments and dispatching to team. Training and leading teams to and from the field. Leading team on Solar blitzes in different part of Texas and other states. Conduct in-home consultations to educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy - Present customized solar solutions and effectively close sales - Build long-term relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service - Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in solar technology. Communicating appointment from our call center as well as in field setters. Building proposals and training other closers/setters.

Requirements: - Proven track record of successful sales experience, in the solar or home improvement industry - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor presentations to individual customers -- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
