Position: Intake Coordinator

Pay: $21-$25/hr (Depending on experience)

Job Type: Direct Hire

Location: Onsite 77478

Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week

As the Intake Coordinator you will be working all PBM claims that are coming through.


A Day in the Life:

  • Authorizations
  • Following up on referrals
  • Connecting with patients that were sent to the pharmacy and fulfilling their orders
  • Updating Medical Records


Requirements:

  • Must have experience working with CPR+ Caretend
  • Highly prefer home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience
  • 3+ years handling authorizations
  • Highly prefer PBM (Pharmacy) claims experience
