Job Summary

Coordinates customer service and administrative activities for the business headquarters of a rapidly-growing national telehealth company based in Sugar Land, Texas.

Nurocoach is a fast-growing start-up, for which upward advancement opportunities will be available as we grow the team.

General Accountabilities

  • Executes medical patient support operations such as referral outreach and billing support to deliver an excellent patient experience
  • Manages telephone patient intake & ongoing customer service/escalation
  • Utilizes EMR software to support multiple stakeholders (referral clients, clinicians, patients, clinicians, etc.)
  • Produces timely reports and other related deliverables as assigned by management
  • Potentially supports marketing and business development activities

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in revenue life cycle management, including:
    • appointment scheduling
    • provider coordination
    • insurance verifications
