Job DescriptionQuick Dry Restoration is a premier water mitigation company. We’ve been in the business of drying out homes since 2013.
We are looking for hardworking Mitigation technicians with good communication skills who are interested in a challenge, personal growth and a great career opportunity. We offer the opportunity to learn new skills that help build on your experience to progress your career path as well as the chance to advance your position in the company.As a mitigation tech you are the face of the company. In your day-to-day work load you will be working with your fellow crew mates to communicate with customers, monitor water damage, and remove damaged materials at multiple locations. All tools, workwear and company vehicles will be provided to help you be successful at your job. Our Water Damage technicians work 12-hour days, 4 days on one week, 3 days on the following week. This is a great for those looking for long weekends and less trips into work.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Document safety hazards and water damage with photos and moisture readings
  • Operate water extraction equipment to remove excess moisture from homes
  • Assess salvageable material and dispose of non-salvageable material
  • Properly Setup, Monitor, and takedown drying equipment with care
  • Thoroughly document drying progress with pictures and notes regarding humidity and moisture levels
  • Customer service through clear and accurate communication with the homeowner
  • Organize and clean equipment and vehicles at end of day Requirements
  • Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (upwards of 100 lbs.)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Proficient in the safe use of power tools
  • At least one year experience in water mitigation (preferred)
  • Customer service skills (preferred)
  • High school diploma (preferred)
