MoveDocs is seeking an Account Specialist to join our growing Servicing team.  This is a heavy account management role responsible for communicating directly with clients to assist them with their needs. This position will function as the primary point of communication with our attorney and medical provider clients with their accounts for support on our MoveDocs website and internal proprietary tools. MoveDocs takes pride in providing excellent and expedient service to our clients and the qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously, think outside of the box and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Makes outbound calls and answers high volume of inbound attorney and medical provider calls daily to obtain status and updates for settled and approved cases.
  • Answers questions including account holder and balance inquiries and provides MoveDocs website access to attorneys as requested.
  • Manage records bills and treatment balances.
  • Creates demand and pay off letters and discuss/negotiates payments.
  • Drafts correspondence including letters, emails and faxes as required.
  • Delivers customer satisfaction through timely, accurate communications.
  • Develops rapport with the attorneys, firms, and medical providers.
  • Create consolidation files to provide attorneys, firms and medical providers.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Work Experience Required:
  • High School or GED required.
  • 2+ years of work experience in an office type environment or contact center environment.
  • Previous experience with law firms, auto insurance,  account management, or collections.
  • Knowledge or experience with personal injury, medical billing, auto insurance custodian of records.
  • Self-motivated with desire to build great relationships, and able to meet and exceed goals.
  • Ability to multitask from application to application while on the phone and the computer is a must.
  • Able to adapt to change and pivot easily between tasks and process changes.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle interactions with attorneys and medical providers.
  • Ability to operate efficiently and effectively within a continuous evolving environment.
  • Basic to advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
