Responsibilities

Financial Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and processing finance paperwork for vehicle purchases and leases.

Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, explaining financial options, and guiding customers through the financing process.

Data Management: Maintain accurate financial records, update customer information, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Administrative Support: Aid in general administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, organizing documents, and coordinating with the sales team.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the F&I Manager and other team members to streamline processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in automotive finance and insurance or a related field is advantageous.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Customer Focus: A genuine passion for customer service and satisfaction.

Team player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant software.
