Responsibilities:


  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning.
  • Assist in the production of various components of dishes, such as sauces, dressings, and garnishes.
  • Organize and maintain the prep station to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
  • Follow recipes and portion sizes accurately to uphold Maü's standards of quality.
