ABOUT CLATSOP CARE RETIREMENT VILLAGE

We are a part of Clatsop Care health District that provides a variety of services to meet each individual's needs. We have many services, including assisted living, short-term and long-term care, nursing homes, retirement communities, memory care, hospice, palliative, and in-home care. We are focused on providing the highest quality service and care to meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of our community. We strive to let our residents know that they are a valued part of the community through meaningful conversation, sincere listening, and constant involvement in all their activities. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A Caregiver.

As a caregiver, you care for our residents by helping with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, transferring, and other errands. While those tasks are important, you also provide companionship and emotional support as well as advocate for their needs. We will train the right candidates.

Encouraging independence as much as possible, you make sure that patients are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished. You are meticulous about reporting any changes or concerns and keeping documentation up to date. Through your caregiving skills and patience, you provide real peace of mind for our residents and their families
