We are hiring a regional sales representative to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers at Quality Glass and Mirror Service. We are a high growth, market leader in glass fabrication and installation based in Omaha. In this role, you will develop our wholesale customer base, which includes glazing contractors and manufacturers throughout the Midwest. You will be responsible for securing new business, managing existing customer accounts and driving sales to increase market share in our region. You will make regular outbound sales calls to meet with customers in-person and maintain consistent interaction via phone and email. This role requires a goal-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results – our name is our reputation, and we take Quality seriously.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for new and existing customer accounts through customer visits, cold calling, quoting and estimating.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their product needs and respond with accurate and timely quotes.
  • Maintain detailed notes and records on all customer interactions and sales activities within CRM system.
  • Educate customers on glass and aluminum products with a focus on value-based selling.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by following up on customer quotes and orders, addressing any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with scheduling/production department to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on-time.

Background and Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience (preferably in the glass or related industry)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM programs
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Attention to detail and experience with customer-specific pricing/quoting.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn and communicate technical product information to customers.
  • Positive attitude and team player, motivation to please the customer.
  • Knowledge of architectural glass and aluminum products a bonus.

Schedule:

This is a full-time role that requires you to be in-person or in the field visiting customers five days per week.
