QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of agricultural equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Replace worn or damaged parts, such as bearings, gears, and seals.
  • Use computer diagnostic tooling in repairing tractors.
  • Utilize torch and welder for basic cutting, brazing, and welding as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and comply with environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed for service reports, time entry, warranty.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school or GED and/or Entry Level to Four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must have a valid driver license and a clean D.M.V. report.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle and feel objects, tools, controls and to reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and talk or listen. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

COMPENSATION

Wage Range $ 31.00 to $38.00

Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
