Spurwink is seeking an Associate Director to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team serving adults with mental health and substance use needs in a residential setting in Portland. The Associate Director is an integral part of supporting the operational flow within the program. In this position you will interview and hire staff, train, supervise and provide performance feedback and monitor fiscal management of the program.

The sign-on bonus payout schedule is as follows: $2500 paid upon 3 and 6 months of full-time employment, and the final $5,000 to be paid directly to the loan servicer.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: Master's in Social Work, Clinical Counseling or Health Administration from an accredited school. Must maintain relevant licensing and certification throughout the duration of employment with Spurwink in this role.
Minimum Experience Requirements: Two years or more of clinical experience and two years of supervisory and/ or leadership experience in an adult behavioral mental health setting.
