We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Client Relations Manager. We specialize in creating exceptional client experiences and fostering long-term relationships through innovative solutions in the event marketing industry.

As an Entry-Level Client Relations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and facilitating collaborations between our firm and its clients. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior client relations managers in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met and projects align with expectations.
  • Aid in the development of client proposals, presentations, and reports based on campaign performance.
  • Help maintain campaign alignment with established timelines, budgets, and scopes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn new software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong client relationships.
