EPSG is seeking a dedicated IT Manager with a passion for excellence to streamline and enhance the day-to-day tasks of the IT Department. Provide administrative support to the IT department and assist with various tasks related to IT operations and management.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the regulatory compliance via Vanta including the tracking and status of SOC2 and PCI controls and testing.
  • Manage and coordinate user access control to all systems.
  • Manage change control process including working with our vendors to ensure compliance to security requirements and the SLDC process.
  • Track employee training via KnowBe4 including maintaining campaign management.
  • Oversee the procuring and maintaining IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and other IT assets
  • Coordination of support with our helpdesk / flexible team. Tracking tickets, solutions, and user fulfillment. Handling of desktop and user issues
  • Generate and oversee documentation of IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Manage IT projects, including coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and preparing reports for IT management.
  • Prepare daily reporting and monitoring IT systems and networks for compliance and security.
  • Evaluate products to increase efficiency of processes including automation.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by IT Director.

QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS WE LOOK FOR

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals - SC-900 certification a plus
  • Previous experience in an IT technical role,
  • Understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
  • Knowledge of service requests and change control and the associated processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Vanta and KnowBe4and project management tools is a plus.
