Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through door-knocking, referrals, and outreach.
  2. Inspection and Documentation: Use company camera to capture pictures and document all necessary information.
  3. Agreement Processing: Add homeowner information to Acculynx system and ensure accuracy of all details.
  4. Claim Management: Assist homeowners with filing insurance claims and follow up as needed.
  5. Adjuster Liaison: Coordinate meetings with adjusters and schedule contract signing promptly upon approval.
  6. Quality Assurance: Conduct appeal work if necessary, including pulling shingles and sending materials for inspection.
  7. Contract Execution: Capture images, organize files, invite clients to portal, send estimates, and collect down payments.
  8. Homeowner Communication: Continuously confirm information and maintain regular contact until installation day.
  9. Mortgage Coordination: Work with homeowners to obtain endorsements from mortgage companies, as needed.
  10. Schedule Management: Update system with any new details and confirm installation day.
  11. Pre-Installation Prep: Ensure all materials are accurate and available for crews, provide support to the team as needed.
  12. Installation Day: Oversee the process, conduct final walk-around, and ensure thorough clean-up.
  13. Materials Management: Collect extra materials, return if necessary, and coordinate with designated contacts.
  14. Documentation and Compliance: Facilitate the Certificate of Completion (COC) being sent and signed within 3 days.
  15. Payment Processing: Work with the team for supplements, collect final payments, and assist homeowners with final payments.
  16. Feedback Collection: Request reviews from homeowners and add to MVP page.



Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet targets.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to customer sites.
  • Experience working on a commission-only basis and being considered a 1099 employee.
