About the Role: We are seeking a talented and creative Dental Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us promote our pediatric dental practice to families in the Chattanooga area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients, engage with existing families, and enhance our clinic's brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase patient acquisition and retention for our pediatric dental practice.
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, websites, and print materials.
  • Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, Google Ads, and SEO optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to organize and promote community events, school visits, and other outreach activities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as graphic designers, printers, and advertising agencies, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in dental marketing to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation.
  • Knowledge of dental or healthcare marketing principles and regulations, particularly in the pediatric dentistry field, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and website content management systems.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing content.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
