We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial and Residential Pool Sales Representative/Project Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional skilled in both sales and project development, with a focus on delivering exceptional pool design and construction solutions to both commercial and residential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and target potential clients in both the commercial and residential sectors.
    • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide expert advice on pool designs, construction, and maintenance.
    • Prepare and present proposals that meet client specifications and budget requirements.
    • Negotiate contract terms and close sales to achieve sales targets.

  • Project Development:

    • Oversee the project development process from concept to completion.
    • Coordinate with design teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects adhere to regulatory standards.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
    • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with the project progress and outcomes.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure a high level of client retention and satisfaction.
    • Collect client feedback to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with other departments, including design, construction, and finance, to ensure project success.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to team objectives.
    • Stay informed of industry trends and competitive offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in the pool industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of pool construction, design, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the pool industry or a related field.
