Location: Tallahassee, FL

Schedule: Monday- Friday generally 8:00am-5:00pm with some overtime as needed

Compensation: Annual salary in the $100,000+ range, based on experience

Summary of Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience in commercial construction or general contracting
• Experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation to commute to our office and travel around town as needed

About this position: We are looking to add a Commercial Estimator to our team. If you have experience in general contracting or commercial construction and have demonstrated consistent growth in project management, you may be the perfect fit for PCG. Here are some other characteristics that might describe you:

• Highly organized and forward thinking
• Willing to "dig" into issues and research problems that arise
• Knowledgeable about the industry and the local landscape of commercial construction
• A realist who can assess a situation by looking at data, resources, and timelines
• Has a good numbers sense, but still double checks their work
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office products and technologically savvy
