We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen Manager to help lead the culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations at a Polished Casual restaruant. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of a polished dining experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensuring consistency and excellence in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
  • Oversee food ordering and inventory management, maintaining appropriate stock levels and minimizing waste to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and ongoing development opportunities to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and enforce strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager in an upscale dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
