Job Summary:
The Internal Services Specialist is responsible for day-to-day dispatch operations for mountain and base areas. Work order progress management and reporting. Purchasing and receiving for base operations departments.

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
Skill Level: Advanced
Job Responsibilities:
Data input for work order management and progress.
Parts purchasing and requests for Building Maintenance Team.
Daily dispatch duties for operations.
Administrative purchasing and receiving duties.
Reporting for Parking & Transportation metrics.
Reporting for Mountain and Base Operations KPIs
Answer a multitude of telephone and radio calls; determine nature of calls; refer to appropriate department or personnel.
Maintain various logs and other records related to assigned duties.
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
Ability to sit for long periods of time
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year of supervisory experience
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Smartsheet, Google Suite.
Able to lift up to 25 pounds
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $28.98. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
