Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Analyze financial performance and identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Support the development of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed for management.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the creation and management of departmental and organizational budgets. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial reports and analyses.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather financial data, understand operational impacts, and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of financial planning processes and best practices. Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field. Internships or relevant coursework can be considered.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Familiarity with financial planning software and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across various departments.
