Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, executing marketing campaigns, and contributing to our overall marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution:

    • Assist in the and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels
    • Use marketing materials to promote brand awareness and increase sales
    • Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and events, such as trade shows

  • Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
    • Assist in identifying new market opportunities and potential target audiences.

  • Customer Engagement:

    • Interact with customers and potential clients to gather feedback and build relationships.
    • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media and other platforms.
    • Support the sales team by providing marketing materials and information to potential leads.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and marketing activities.
    • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team.
Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:

    • Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred - not required
    • Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

  • Skills and Competencies:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
