We are a Tier 1 manufacturing company seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our company to financial success. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment where employees are empowered to make a real impact. This position reports to the CEO, with several direct reports from multiple locations. Qualified candidates must have experience managing the financial aspects of a multisite company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process and provide financial guidance to support business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or in a similar financial leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
