- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members on effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct parent training sessions to teach caregivers strategies for managing challenging behaviors and promoting skill development at home.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and behavior data.
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and participate in professional development activities.
- Uphold ethical standards and guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications:
- Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) that are evidence-based and tailored to the unique needs of each child.
- Experience conducting parent training and providing support to families in implementing behavior management strategies.
