Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Reliatus Behavior Health. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and managing individualized behavior programming, including supervising direct 1:1 treatment services, developing individualized goals and objectives, conducting behavior assessments, and managing Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Technician (BT) staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior treatment plans for clients with ASD
  • Supervise and train RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality treatment services
  • Conduct regular behavior assessments and progress monitoring to inform treatment planning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • BCBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and their families
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
