  • Conduct detailed tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and tax compliance.
  • Prepare detailed tax reports, presentations, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
  • Assist with tax audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Mentor and train junior tax analysts and support their professional development.
  • Develop and implement processes and controls to enhance tax compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting preferred.
  • Extensive experience in tax analysis, planning, and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and international tax regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues clearly.
  • Proficiency in tax software and financial analysis tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Public Accountant, Certified Tax Advisor) are preferred.
