Who we are: LDR Site Services was founded in 2010 and offers its customers a single point of coordination for equipment rental and related waste hauling services to site-based projects across the US supporting multiple industries with varying needs including environmental, emergency response, facilities maintenance, retail, government construction and other commercial markets. As a leader in our field, we have a national network of suppliers throughout the country.

Reports To: Customer Support Supervisor

Job Duties:

  • Process and manage vendor invoices to meet daily metrics goals, ensuring accurate coding and approvals.
  • Prepare and process electronic virtual card payments, as requested.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of vendor-related inquiries and issues.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, as needed.
  • Verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Manage incoming vendor communications to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment related issues.
  • Participate in the implementation and improvement of accounts payable processes and systems.

Basic Requirements:

  • High school degree/GED, two-year college degree would be a plus.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience, services sector experience preferred
  • High volume AP processing experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce a plus

Location: Remote (90%)/Onsite Meetings (10%) - Need to live in the Atlanta, GA area

Shift: M-F 11am-8pm EST, Subject to some holidays
