Job DescriptionJob Description

Do you have a passion for architecture and want to make a difference through design? We are looking for someone with creativity, experience, and a great work ethic to join our firm. This is reflected by the fact that more than half of our staff has been with the firm for a decade or longer and a significant portion of our work is for repeat clients. If you have a positive attitude, are highly motivated with a customer centric mindset, and are willing to relocate to Sioux Falls, SD, we would love to hear from you.

  • Keep up-to-date on new technologies, trends, and innovative best practices, and recommend changes and new services as appropriate.

  • Assist in maintaining existing client relationships and developing new business connections.

Requirements:

  • Effectively juggle a variety of responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organization and follow-up skills.
  • Collaborate efficiently in a team environment and work independently with supervision from our design staff.
  • Possess great interpersonal skills (listening, diplomacy, responsiveness).

  • Be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have a professional work ethic.
  • Be capable of independent thinking and possess creative abilities.
