Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support projects in all phases, including design, development, and delivery of various building types for civic and private clients.
  • Develop and prepare drawings utilizing Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other architectural drafting tools.
  • Prepare code compliance evaluations and participate in reviews with governing agencies.
  • Maintain quality control of construction documents and specifications.
  • Implement building codes, constructability, and standards of practice.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders through written and verbal reports.
Requirements
  • Professional Architectural Degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of architecture experience in the architecture, design, engineering, and construction field.
  • Licensed Architect.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other visualization design tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications.
  • Possess a valid driver's license for travel to various facilities and job sites.
