Job DescriptionJob Description

Position Summary

The Marketing Support will support the marketing department and another cross-functional team with marketing administration, assisting internal and external customers, keeping enterprise-wide services and systems current, and executing company and team initiatives and projects.

Work Schedule: Normal office hours. There is an opportunity to work Hybrid after successful onsite training period.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and update assorted reports
  • Maintain monthly promotion and event calendar
  • Analyze field asset productivity
  • Support other departments’ marketing needs
  • Maintain social media accounts, create and schedule regular posts and review inquiries and comments from customers
  • Notify customers of promotions and products with email and text marketing
  • Maintain and update our product websites
  • Assist ongoing pricing document creation and maintenance
  • Support trade show efforts through any marketing needs
  • Maintain corporate documents, labels/stickers, online order forms, sell sheets, etc.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience in marketing or equivalent field
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing social media platforms
  • Experience with graphic design

Other Qualifications

  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven data analysis skills
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States.
