Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring additional BCBAs for its growing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy practice in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina 

 

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, provides both in-home and clinic-based speech language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA Therapy services throughout the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

 

All applicants must have a Masters Degree from an accredited institution and have obtained their BCBA certification.


Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Supervise RBTs providing behavioral therapy and interventions to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills
- Monitoring and tracking patient progress through data collection and analysis
- Collaborating with other healthcare and behavioral health professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
- Providing training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management strategies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date behavioral documentation and records


Necessary Experience Includes:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of medical and behavioral health terminology
