Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA services to clients in a clinical setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Supervise and train junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification or ability to sit for the BCBA exam within 3 months
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services in an applied setting
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
