About the Role:

Pivotal ABA, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized, research-based client programs
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians, interns, and RBTs in-home
  • Perform assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, ABAS-3, etc.)
  • Develop and implement parent training and support programs
  • Provide support and mentorship for behavior technicians
  • Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plans
  • Constantly improve the quality of care delivered to our families
  • Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
  • Must have reliable transportation

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Maintains BACB Certification
  • Maintains State Certification
  • Maintains NPI number
  • Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training
  • Maintains updated CAQH account
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active

Expectations:

  • Provide high-quality care to our clients
  • Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB
  • Maintains client privacy
  • Directly reporting to Clinical Director

Benefits:

  • Hourly compensation will be based on experience - $80-$100 per hour
  • Employees earn one hour of paid sick leave per every 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours of sick leave per year
