We're on the lookout for a driven and ambitious individual who is ready to dive feet first into a lucrative sales career. The key to success in this role starts with superior customer service skills. 

As a Customer Service Trainee, you will be a vital link between our clients and their prospective customers in the Oxnard / Ventura region.  In this role, you'll thrive in face-to-face interactions within a high-volume customer environment. Say goodbye to cold calling and digital sales as you leverage your top-notch sales and customer service skills to engage with and enroll new customers on behalf of our clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and engage with potential customers through residential outreach initiatives 
  • Assist with the enrollment process and answer any questions or concerns along the way 
  • Flourish in face-to-face interactions within a high-volume customer environment, without the need for cold calling or digital sales
  • Utilize your sales skills to open and close accounts, leaving a lasting positive impact on customers
  • Articulate the advantages and functionalities of our products, providing guidance on usage for optimal results

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality, approachable persona, and a stellar reputation.
  • Adaptable and able to think on your feet 
  • Ability to maintain composure and take control in chaotic situations.
  • Self-starter with the ability to motivate others.
