As an ABA therapy In-home Therapist |Registered Behavior Technician - RBT, you get to work right in kids' homes. Your job? WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN ABA THERAPY IN-HOME THERAPIST |REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN -RBT

We're looking for someone who can work flexible hours, mainly in the late afternoons and weekends, while meeting the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of ABA therapy, paraprofessional, childcare, teaching, special needs, or other relative experience with children
  • Experience working with individuals with special needs or disabilities
  • Ability to obtain a CPR/BLS certificate
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • This role requires the ability to bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Candidates should be prepared to work on their feet for extended periods and may occasionally need to work on the floor.
  • You will have to move quickly at times to ensure clients are safe

Having your RBT license would be awesome but it's not required.
