THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A FOSTER CARE CASE MANAGER
This full-time social work role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours per week, with participation in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation.
As a Foster Care Case Manager, your morning will involve preparing for visits with children and their biological parents, ensuring you have all the necessary resources and documentation ready. You'll also engage in meaningful conversations, providing support, guidance, and advocacy for families navigating the complexities of foster care. Each interaction is an opportunity to make a lasting difference, whether it's facilitating reunification or helping others find forever families
OUR IDEAL FOSTER CARE CASE MANAGER
- Must be 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in social work, education, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in foster care or out-of-home care provision OR a Master's degree in a relevant field
- Licensure by DCFS or eligibility for licensure
- Completion of CARE and TCI training
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
