What Will You Be Doing?
Your role will be essential in welcoming new online buyers to Inc. Authority and helping them grow their newly formed businesses. You'll consult with them on long-term business solutions, especially focusing on legal packages and bundles that meet their needs. Building strong relationships with your clients is key, as it opens doors for further opportunities for both them and our team.
You'll also play a critical role in analyzing customer feedback, developing strategies to ensure customer retention, and delivering top-notch customer service to ensure every client is satisfied.
What Are We Looking For?
If you have a minimum of 7 years of sales experience, especially over the phone, we'd love to talk to you. Strong customer service skills, a knack for sales, and a willingness to learn and grow are essential. We value team players who can build positive relationships with both customers and colleagues. If you're goal-oriented and driven to exceed targets, you'll fit right in. Basic computer skills are a must, as well.
